Custom Paper Tubes Acquires Robinson Paperboard Packaging, March 2011

Robinson PLC, based in Chesterfield, UK has exited the North American paper tube market. Robinson Paperboard Packaging has been closed and the assets sold. Seeing a unique opportunity, Ohio based Custom Paper Tubes has acquired Robinson’s manufacturing equipment, inventory and customer records.

For Robinson customers, Custom Paper Tubes will continue to provide paper tube packages to your existing requirements. For our existing customers, this means enhanced manufacturing capabilities. The photos shown below are a small sample of Robinson packages.

Robinson’s North American operation also provided Earth Friendly Paperboard Packaging, sharing Custom Paper Tube’s commitment to the environment. Recycled fibers are the basis for Eco-Friendly packaging.
