Cardboard Protective Collars Keep Perfumes Safe During Shipping

Many perfume products are supplied with sprayers which can be inadvertently depressed during shipping and handling.  This can occur when boxes are accidently stored upside down, causing the weight of the perfume bottle to activate the sprayer.

For this reason, perfume manufacturers often ship their products with protective “collars” over the sprayer top to prevent accidental discharge of the fragrance.  These collars are available in all white or Kraft construction, and colored wraps are also available. Although a protective collar is an ideal solution to protect fragrances during shipping, they may also be used with cleaning products or any other instance where a sprayer is utilized.
