Protective Shipping and Storage Canisters for Industrial Applications

Although many of our customers know Custom Paper Tubes for our innovative packaging designs for the consumer market, we also have years of experience designing and manufacturing cardboard tube  packaging and storage solutions for the industrial sector.  We recently partnered with Dauphin Precision Tool, a manufacturer of high quality cutting tools for the metal working industry.  Dauphin needed a cost effective, heavy duty cardboard tube that would protect their tools both during shipping and storage.

The finished product is a heavy wall, 2 piece, cardboard telescope featuring seamed metal ends and a wall thickness of 0.090. The crimped and seamed metal ends reinforce the construction of the cardboard tube, creating a protective canister with the structural integrity needed to withstand the heavy weight of the tools.   As a finishing touch, the outer layer of the canister is custom printed for product identification.
