Coffee Talk

On the first Wednesday of each month, Custom Paper Tubes presents Coffee Talk.  This unscripted, fully interactive show is broadcast live on the Custom Paper Tubes Facebook channel. The show is intended to present viewers with specialized information about custom paper packaging.  Over the year, viewers will able to:

• Take an inside look at how a paper tube package is made
• The advantages of using eco-friendly custom packaging
• The various styles and options available for packaging
• Custom Paper Tubes processes
• And more!

Scheduled to run no more than 10-15 minutes, Coffee Talk may look and feel a bit like a vlog.

However, the interactive component of the show, combined with the light and relaxed atmosphere make it more like a talk show.  Custom Paper Tubes chose to use Facebook’s Go Live feature to air the show over pre-recording.  “We feel that by going live, the show is more authentic, engaging and interactive” said Marketing Manager Derek Lewallen.  Lewallen added, “if we pre-recorded the show we felt it lost the interactive component we were going for.”  That is certainly true as viewers can see blooper-like camera malfunctions, hear the faint sound of ringing office phones and closing doors.  During the show, host Jodi Lombardo encourages viewers to post questions and comments throughout and even after the show.  *The answers to all questions are posted in the video feed.  

The show is currently hosted by Jodi Lombardo, the Owner and President of Custom Paper Tubes.  Jodi’s skill and expertise in the packaging industry make her the ideal choice to sit in the host’s chair.
