Temporary Closure

Due to the prolonged impact of COVID-19 on the market, Custom Paper Tubes has been compelled to temporarily suspend business operations effective immediately.  We apologize that this comes with such a short notice and will undoubtedly cause an inconvenience to our customers. Please know that we did not arrive at this decision quickly or easily. During this time we will not be able to process Custom Sample Kit Requests and there will be a delay in responding to a request for quote.

We recognize that there are customers who have already submitted purchase orders. Each of these customers will be contacted by their assigned account manager to review their order(s). While we will be working hard to address each customer as quickly as possible, we do anticipate a heavy volume of emails during this time.
Please know that we value you and your business and will get back to you as quickly as possible. Custom Paper Tubes anticipates resuming normal operations as quickly as possible.
