RETIREMENT
Saving for retirement is important, and the Custom Paper Tubes 401(k) plan is a great way to get started. The company's generous match and variety of investment options make the plan a valuable benefit for employees.
Upon meeting plan eligibility requirements, Custom Paper Tubes provides each employee with the opportunity to make pre-tax contributions to their 401(k) savings. Custom Paper Tubes matches up to 5% of the employee contribution.
WORK/LIFE BALANCE
Custom Paper Tubes is committed to providing a healthy work-life balance for its employees. In addition to company designated paid holidays, eligible employees receive up to 1 week of paid vacation time and 10 hours of sick time in their first year. After the first year, employees receive additional paid vacation and sick time.
The standard work week for the production team is Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (Fridays as needed). Our office team works Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm; and Fridays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. On Friday, office team members may elect to work remotely.
